great location but rooms need some small tweaks
The hotel is located on a quiet street, perfect for a restful stay. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom that added to the overall luxury of the room. Plus, the city view from my window was breathtaking, enhancing the charm of my visit.
The shower hose over the tub was a bit tricky to manage.

Charming decor and character-filled ambiance are delightful.
Our experience was marred by numerous annoyances. The reception staff did not seem very professional or helpful at all, which added to our frustration. We faced serious inconveniences with our room as it had an awkward two-floor layout, making late-night bathroom visits a real hassle. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were disappointingly meager—only a small tray with bread and a croissant each day, leaving us hungry. I won't be returning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cardinal, particularly the charming décor and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and providing wonderful recommendations. The location, tucked away near a lovely square, offered both serenity and convenience for exploring Aix-en-Provence.
The WiFi was a bit unreliable.

The location was excellent, allowing easy access to local market shops and dining options. Our room was well furnished with a kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals with a view of the museum and church. However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, and there was a lack of a shower curtain, which made showering inconvenient.

perfect little getaway!
I loved my stay here. The room was super spacious and had high ceilings, which made it feel airy. Plus, the private garden was a nice touch for morning coffee. The folks at the front desk were really friendly and helped us find a great spot for dinner. The only thing was the shower. it took a bit to figure out the hose. Overall, it was a charming place to relax!

Just an ideal choice for strolling in Aix-en-Provence with excellent value for money. The breakfast was typical French, served on a silver tray, which was a nice touch. Make sure to explore nearby sights on foot for the best experience.

Our stay was delightful, especially the beautiful courtyard and well-designed family room, though the narrow streets made parking tricky. I'd definitely come back again!

Charming spot right in the heart! My room was quirky and clean, with a lovely courtyard view. The quiet vibe made me feel like I had the place to myself!
But the shower hose over the tub had me wondering if I was in a spa or a circus act. Getting a quick rinse turned into a slippery audition for 'Dancing with the Stars! '
